Website audits
(No, we are not going to run your website through an online program and then give you a branded document that’s hard to read). Instead we have a 15-20 minute chat, and we review your site for look and feel, brand implementation, and SEO. Then we deliver our report over zoom, so you can ask any questions, and we send an email follow-up with our notes and recommended actions.
1:1 website consulting
We have a passion for strategy planning, smart SEO (search engine optimisation), and good UX (User Experience) .
We will review some of your competitors and industry trends and all about your customers and your overall business branding and style.
Strategy is an important part of our full design projects but can offer this as a stand alone session for small business or corporate clients.
Troubleshooting & fixes
If you need specific support on your website, we can be your expert at hand.
We offer custom coding solutions and help with plug-ins and add-ons. We even work with other designers if they are having trouble fixing a bug.

Website support & training
Once your site is launch we can teach you how to manage your day to day updates such as blogging, product upload and text edits. If you prefer, we can provide support on request (no monthly commitments) in a timely manner.
Even if you learn how to edit your website yourself, you can always ask us for support when you need it.

Development process where you will be able to see a full live trial of your new website and edits as needed

We will make sure your new website is SEO ready - all meta tags are in place, URL mapping good copy hierarchy using your keywords and phrases. We will work with your SEO copywriter if you have one or recommend one if you need.

After testing & implementing SEO elements, we will connect your domain name and go live!

TRAINING
Where you will learn how to get the most out of your website going forward (only if you want to!).
We also run quarterly co-working days for our clients, where we come together to learn new features and update our sites together.
